Daily Tally Bookkeeping & Reporting
Budget: ₹1,500 – ₹12,500 INR
Our medium enterprise maintains its books on Tally and those ledgers have to be kept current every single day. The work centres on two core areas: precise data entry & bookkeeping and timely financial reporting with insightful analysis. Every voucher, receipt, and payment must be posted in Tally the same day, bank and cash accounts reconciled, and closing balances matched without exception.
Beyond the daily upkeep, I will rely on you to prepare monthly MIS packs—clean trial balance, P&L, balance sheet, and key ratio commentary—so management can act on real-time numbers. When statutory or tax auditors step in, I’ll need well-organised schedules and supporting documents generated from the system; your familiarity with Tally’s audit features will speed that process along.
Deliverables
• Daily-updated Tally data file with reconciled ledgers
• Month-end financial statements plus concise variance notes
• Audit schedules exported from Tally (GL, debtor/creditor ageing, fixed-asset register, etc.)
Accuracy and turnaround time matter more than sheer volume, so great attention to detail is critical. Remote access to the Tally server will be provided along with standard operating procedures; you only need a stable connection and solid command of Tally Prime/ERP.
