I'm in need of a dedicated HR professional who can help me source 50 to 60 full-time, entry-level candidates for front desk and health care department on a daily basis.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and source suitable candidates.
- Deliver a sheet of 50 to 60 candidates daily.
- Primarily focused on full-time, on-site jobs.
Ideal Candidate:
- Proven experience in HR recruitment, particularly for entry-level positions.
- Strong network and sourcing skills.
- Previous experience hiring for Customer Service roles is a plus.
- Highly organized and able to meet daily targets.
