Daily Excel Inventory Setup

I run a small shop and rely on Excel to keep tabs on what’s on the shelves. Right now, my workbook is little more than a blank grid, and I’m spending too much time hunting through rows instead of serving customers.

What I need
• A clean, easy-to-use Excel file focused on inventory management.
• A logical product-category structure created from scratch (I don’t have one yet).
• Simple data-entry sheets that let me record stock in/out each day and automatically update category totals.

Nice-to-have extras (only if quick for you) could be a summary dashboard or conditional-formatting alerts when stock in a category gets low, but the core job is building the category framework and daily tracking flow.

Acceptance
The workbook should open without macros disabled warnings, categories must be editable from a single master list, and I should be able to add a new product, assign it to a category, and see it appear correctly in the daily totals—no manual cell edits required. A short written guide or screen-recorded walk-through will help me keep everything running smoothly once you hand it over.
