Customer support / CSM

I'm looking for a Customer support / Customer success manager for helping me out in my business.
My business is a marketplace / SaaS company in providing beauty and lifestyle products and services on demand.
This platform is worldwide, so you connect with people from all over the world.
The core of the company is FREEDOM.
In every part of the business, so also for you!

I would like you to be help me out with supporting our providers at the platform.
- Sending e-mails
- Call them if you
- Help them setting up their accounts at the platform ( also helping them with STRIPE, our payment system)
- Keep track / stay in touch with them and help them along the way.

Important aspects:
- Know how Stripe works.
- Motivated
- You need to stand from the experts perspective as a manager
