Customer support

I am looking for someone to provide customer support to my business. Primarily, I need email support, however I am open to suggestions as to which system or software to use. I anticipate needing less than 10 hours of customer support per week. The ideal candidate would have expertise in customer service and be highly organized, efficient and detail-oriented. They should be able to work competently and independently with minimal guidance and possess excellent written and verbal communication skills. Furthermore, they should have the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously while ensuring accuracy. It would be beneficial if they had experience in this field before and a strong working knowledge of customer service best practices.
