Customer service rep and VA to the founder needed

We're a growing tech startup that designs and sells innovative electronics globally.
We have an ecommerce front end on Shopify and most of our customers are business (we are B2B).
We're looking for an assistant who can report directly to the founder and help with the following tasks:
1) Live customer support via Hubspot - Typically this means answering simple questions about our products or pointing customers to our online resources. Very technical questions will be sent to our founder to answer.
2) Responding to customer queries on email - Typically this means helping customer resolve shipping issues, track packages and other simple tasks.
We are looking for someone with good english and a very friendly approach to customer service. Ideally we would like someone who can keep to EU or US hours, but this is an added bonus rather than an essential; most importantly, whatever hours the hire keeps, we need them to be fast and responsive.
