Customer Service Advisor

As a Customer Service Advisor / Bodyshop advisor, your day-to-day duties will include:

Meeting and greeting Clients
Booking customer vehicles in for repair
Arranging courtesy vehicles
Arranging collection/delivery of vehicles
Organising transport drivers daily work schedule
Booking estimates
Checking in/out customers and courtesy vehicles
