Customer Report Data Aggregation & Visualization

I'm looking for a data analyst who can help me aggregate and visualize data for a customer report. The report needs to present their impressions and clicks from the advertising they purchased from our company. I'm looking for an easily replicable solution to copy paste these data sets from the different customers each month to send out monthly. As you can see from the linked workbooks, we receive just the raw data on the 2 different types of advertisements we do. Pivot tables require you to redo the table each time and are not easily copy/pasted.
Requirements:

- Delivery format: The final report needs to be in a PDF document.
