I receive a steady stream of customer information via email, and each record is embedded directly in the body of the message—no attachments, no spreadsheets to open. I need every piece of that information entered accurately into our secure database, with full attention to spelling, capitalization, and duplicate detection.
You’ll access the system through the login credentials I provide, populate each field exactly as it appears in the email, flag anything unclear, and mark the email as complete so the workflow stays organized. Because the data is sensitive, an NDA will be part of the onboarding process.
Deliverables
• All customer records from your assigned email batch entered in the database
• “Processed” status applied to every source email
• Brief summary report showing record count and any anomalies
Acceptance criteria
• 100 % of assigned emails processed
• <0.5 % data-entry errors and no missing fields
• Data remains strictly within our system at all times
