I need a clean, easy-to-use Excel workbook that lets me store and maintain all of my customer information in one place. Think of it as a lightweight CRM: contact details, purchase history, key dates, and a few automatic totals such as lifetime spend and average order value. The file itself should stay at a basic level—simple data-entry tables and straightforward calculations—so anyone on my team can open it without worrying about macros or complex formulas.
Even though the structure is simple, I do want the data to refresh in real time. If you can wire the workbook to pull the latest customer records from a shared cloud sheet, OneDrive folder, or another practical connection method, that would be perfect. No macros required; I’m picturing Power Query or another native Excel connection so the sheet updates when opened.
