Customer Data Entry From Databases

Several online databases contain customer records that must be captured with complete precision and transferred into a structured spreadsheet (or directly into my CRM). The task calls for careful copy-and-paste work, uniform formatting of fields such as name, email, phone, postal address and a few custom notes, and routine data validation to eliminate duplicates or obvious errors.

You will receive secure login credentials plus a short walkthrough video that shows the exact navigation flow inside each database. The first milestone is a pilot batch of roughly 500 records delivered within three days so I can review accuracy and consistency before green-lighting the full volume. Once everything is complete, I expect a clean UTF-8 .xlsx file (or a confirmed CRM import) along with a brief log of any ambiguous entries that required clarification.

I stay available during GMT+5 business hours to answer quick questions and provide feedback, and I check progress daily. Familiarity with Excel, Google Sheets, basic data-validation rules and CRM import utilities is highly valued because it keeps the process smooth and error-free.
