Customer Data Entry and Data Cleansing Project
Budget: $5,000 – $10,000 USD
OVERVIEW
The goal of this project is to determine and document my client's customers based on the products that they have contractually agreed to purchase. We will leverage a collection of SKU numbers to accomplish this goal. We will collect the SKU numbers from several different sources--including contracts, purchase orders, and spreadsheets.
After data collection is complete, we will collaborate to map legacy customers to my client's new Master Price Book.
SPECIFICATIONS
We have approximately 3,200 contracts to review.
ASSUMPTIONS
This a full-time freelance opportunity (40 hours per week).
As a freelancer, you will receive training on how to locate and transfer the data that we need to identify and maintain. Upon receiving the necessary training, we can conduct a series of check-in meetings (Monday-Wednesday-Friday, for example) to ensure that you are comfortable with the tasks that we must complete and you can get any questions answered. We can review progress on a weekly basis.
We would like to pay a fixed cost for this project, as it has the potential to provide multiple months of consistent, full-time work for the right freelancer.
We would also like to discuss bonuses for exceptional quality work.
PROJECT DURATION FORECAST
One month trial (we can use Week One of the project engagement to ensure that you are comfortable with the tasks that we need to complete).
If the first month is successful, the project can extend for additional months.
