Custom Google Sheets for Data Management

I'm seeking a freelancer to create a custom Google Sheets tool tailored for my data entry needs.

I work in the live event industry. I would like to create a workbook that allows me to input customer contact info w/ links to dropbox and other cloud storage. The other tabs would for inputting input and output information as well as channel assignments for consoles. I would like to include constraints like the maximum number of inputs and outputs so i can't exceed the capabilites of the device.
