Custom Google Sheets Stock Watchlist

I am looking to create a customized google sheets watchlist that can pull live data from stockmarket websites live. If the numbers/ratios or percentages are above a certain percent I want the color to change to green or amber or red depending then have a final breakdown score at the end.
This is slightly complex and will require pulling data from different sources.
