Custom Dropbox Document & Image Renaming & Move Tool
Budget: $750 – $1,500 USD
I'm looking for a developer who can create an app or a tool that automates the process of renaming and organizing my image files within Dropbox. The software should be able to handle all my documents and image files, renaming them according to a custom pattern that I will define.
Key Requirements:
- The tool should be able to interact with my Dropbox account
- It should be able to handle all types of image files
- I should be able to define a custom renaming pattern
- The custom pattern should include the date and the file type
- The tool should be efficient and user-friendly
Ideal Skills:
- Proficiency in software development and programming
- Experience with Dropbox API
- Understanding of file handling and sorting
- Ability to create user-friendly interfaces
- Good communication skills to understand and implement my custom renaming pattern
This tool will save me a lot of time and help me keep my image files organized. If you have the necessary skills and experience, I look forward to your bid.
Our files are automatically uploaded to our main Dropbox folder. We use Clio for Attorneys, and those files are also organized within Dropbox under a separate Clio folder under our Firm's File Naming System. We would like to implement a system where files added to the main Dropbox folder are automatically moved to the appropriate client's Firm File and organized into specific subfolders, such as Intakes, Liens and Settlements, Medical Records, Evidence, Correspondence, etc.
The tool should be able to analyze the file, possibly through AI, to determine which client the file should be associated with and then move the file accordingly. We currently use Pabbly and Zapier, but neither platform seems to provide the specific functionality we need for this task.
If this is not possible, I understand.
