Custom Dental Practice Partner Payout Table

I'm looking for a talented freelancer to build a custom table that can accurately determine partners' collection and payout within our dental practice. This table should be flexible enough to allow for the substitution of various numbers, which in turn reconfigures the other numbers in the table.

Key Components:
- The table will need to calculate individual doctors' collections and revenue based on specified variables

- Additionally, the table will need to factor in:
- The predetermined variables for calculating individual doctors' collections and revenue
- Management fees

- The table will also need to consider the partner's percentage ownership for each partner in the practice. This percentage ownership will be calculated based on the individual collections and the percent ownership.
