Credit Dispute Specialist -- 3

We are seeking a Credit Dispute Specialist to assist in managing our credit dispute process. As a Credit Dispute Specialist, you will be responsible for reviewing credit reports, identifying inaccuracies, and preparing dispute letters to help improve our clients’ credit profiles. You will work closely with clients to gather necessary information and ensure timely and accurate dispute submissions. The ideal candidate should have strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a solid understanding of credit reporting and dispute processes.
Responsibilities:
1. Review credit reports to identify inaccuracies, errors, or discrepancies.
2. Communicate with clients to gather relevant information and documentation.
3. Prepare and send dispute letters to credit bureaus and creditors.
4. Monitor and track the progress of disputes, following up as necessary.
5. Provide updates to clients on the status of their credit disputes.
6. Stay informed about changes in credit reporting regulations and industry best practices.
7. Maintain accurate records of all dispute-related activities.
Qualifications:
1. Knowledge of credit reporting and dispute resolution processes.
2. Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
4. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
5. Familiarity with credit reporting agencies and their procedures (e.g., Equifax, Experian, TransUnion) is a plus.
6. Previous experience in credit repair or related field is preferred but not required.
