Create a login dataset

I am in need of a login dataset for a research project on authentication. The dataset need to contain values for fields; Login time, Login location, User ID, No. of failed attempts, Device IP, Operating system, Browser used, Suspicious/Not suspicious. The dataset need to be of at least 300 records and must be somewhat meaningful when mentioning suspicious or not suspicious. A sample dataset is attached for reference.
