Create Malay subtitles on YouTube videos

I need someone who knows Malay language, is familiar with IT, and is comfortable with creating subtitles of YouTube videos using Captionfy. I have 70 videos with a combined total of 860 minutes, organised into 12 playlists. YouTube has already generated Indonesian subtitles for the videos automatically, but these are only around 60% accurate. The person awarded with this project needs to create Malay subtitles to each of the videos using Captionfy. The person may utilise the existing Indonesian subtitles available but will need to make substantial edits to them. This project should be completed latest within 10 weeks, playlist by playlist.
