Create Excel Workbook Urgent

Please make a excel work book with 3 tabs based on the three documents uploaded. This documents should be formatted that they can printed on A4 sheets. I need this work done urgently after award within 12 hours or faster if possible. It is easy quick job for someone who knows excel. On the top right please space for a logo. More work will follow. To get the job make a sheet of file *-203040,jpg and sent as pdf via messages to me.
