Create Excel Report Template

My project involves creating an Excel report template. This report will include both numerical and textual data and will be used as a performance tracking tool for my courier business. Although I do not have a preferred layout for the report, I am open to any suggestions that will help me best monitor and analyze the performance of my business. I will need my raw csv file that will be mined from a dispatching software to produce and analyze the duration of each order and end result of number of minutes each line items took to accomplished.
