Create Employee Work Schedules from Scratch

Hello we are in the process of hiring new employees on for our business and we need to have someone help us out to determine a few key pieces of information. How many workers do we need to hire on total to maintain 5 full time workers on our slow days which are Monday's Tuesdays and wednesdays and atleast 8 full time workers on our busiest days which are Fridays , Saturdays and sundays without anyone going over 40 hours a week. We do not want to hire any part time workers only full time workers. We are open 7 days a week Monday - Sunday 9:00 AM - 8:00 PM so we need coverage
