Create Allocation Lists

We need data-entry help to create students' allocation list for our notice board. You basically need to pluck out the names from one file and place them in alphabetical order and put them in the right order of time according to the days in excel file. The final layout should only have the names and the time they are allocated. Other info in ( ) should not be in the final layout. Please see attached files, which we have done before. You will be given about 400 new names that need to be allocated.
