In this project, I am seeking a proficient web scraper to extract data from several county auditor sites. Critical information to gather includes property owner names, property addresses, and measurements from the Sketch Report available on those sites.
This detail-oriented role ideally suits an experienced data extraction specialist that has worked with public property records before; familiarity with county auditor sites is an advantage.
Key Project Tasks:
- Access various county auditor websites
- Accurately extract property owner names
- Capture exact property addresses
- Retrieve measurement data from the Sketch Report
