Count how many customers I have and organize in sections for me

Hello, I have a excel file with over 25,000 entries in it. Its organized in one section by date of install. This is my customer call list over the last 3 years. I'm wanting to count how many individual clients I've had over this time frame. I have a lot of double entries so its a lot for me to look through to count the exact #! Would like to have another page on my excel file to organize each client by type of job.
