Cosmetic Treatments Lead Management & Booking

I am in need of a professional telemarketer with experience in sales and customer service to call my referred leads, make bookings and take deposits for cosmetic treatments.

Key Responsibilities:
- Call referred leads and convert into bookings
- Take deposits over the phone
- Manage bookings on the Fresha platform

They will recieve the leads from the software my market person uses and they will need to contact them and make the booking on Fresha. I will provide training about my company, and treatment. What they are allowed to say and etc.. as we need to be compliant.

Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Proven experience in telemarketing or similar sales/customer service role
- Experience with the Fresha platform is a plus
- Excellent phone communication skills
- Ability to handle financial transactions securely and professionally
- No preferred work schedule, but preferably Australia - Sydney time
