Copy-type Printed Material to PDF

I have a collection of printed pages that need to be turned into clean, error-free text and delivered back to me as a finished PDF. Your job is straightforward: replicate the exact wording, layout hierarchy (headings, paragraphs, any bold or italics), and page breaks found in the originals, then export the result as a single, professionally formatted PDF.
I will supply high-resolution scans, and I’m expecting a final file that reads as though it were never re-typed—consistent punctuation, spacing, and identical pagination. Feel free to use your preferred word-processing tool (Microsoft Word, Google Docs, LibreOffice, etc.) as long as the final output is a PDF that preserves the look of the printed source.
Accuracy is the priority here; please proof your work before delivery. Once finished, send both the editable document and the flattened PDF so I can make future updates if needed.
