Copy and paste

I have approximately 230 GPS coordinates that need to be changed to long - lat. The job consists of 1) copying GPS coordinates from the google spreadsheet and 2) pasting the gps coordinates into google maps 3) replacing the gps coordinates in the google spreadsheet with long/lat coordinates.
