I have a batch of handwritten customer feedback forms that need to be converted into a clean, accurate Word document. The job is straightforward typing—no design work or special layout required—just standard plain-text transcription exactly as written on each form.

I will scan and share the forms as high-resolution images; you return a single Word file (or separate files if you prefer) with the feedback neatly typed, preserving all wording, line breaks, dates, and any legible notes. Spelling and punctuation should match the original unless a mistake is clearly obvious; in those cases, please flag it with a comment rather than changing it.
