Copy Paste email addresses

Hello. I need someone who can copy paste email addresses from a column in excel that has a lot of other junk characters to a new column so that we only extract the email address and not any other content. There are about 1600 entries. This is time sensitive and needs to be done in one or two hours.
Note: There is an error using basic copy paste, so you will have to find a workaround or manually edit each one
