Copy & Paste Approx 120x SquareSpace Blog Posts

I am moving a squarespace site from v7.0 to v7.1 (which has involved a full re-build).
I need you to copy and paste the blog posts from the old site to the new site with the correct titles, categories, content and date settings. There are approx 120 blog posts, no more than 150. They are mostly just text but some do contain images.
Both sites are in the same squarespace account which should make the task pretty simple.
