Copy Data From PDFs Accurately

I have a batch of PDF documents containing tabular and textual information that must be transferred verbatim into a clean, editable format. The task is strictly copy-pasting—no re-typing, reformatting, or data interpretation—so attention to detail is critical.

You will receive the PDFs and a simple template file; feel free to use Excel, Google Sheets, or Word as long as the final layout matches the template and every character from the source is preserved. I will spot-check for 100 % fidelity before signing off.

Deliverables (all required):
• Completed file containing the extracted data, laid out exactly like the template
• A brief note describing any illegible sections or anomalies you encounter

I’m ready to share the first PDF as soon as we agree, and I’m looking to have the initial set finished within a couple of days. If this goes smoothly, there are more batches to follow.
