Convert txt files from geonames to geojson and excel files

I am looking for help to convert txt files to GeoJSON and Excel formats. The txt files that need to be converted contain geographical data. I am looking for a freelancer that is experienced in this type of conversion and is able to help me with the process. The successful freelancer should have experience in coding, so they can create the programs necessary for carrying out the conversion. Reliable software should also be used to ensure accuracy and quality of the conversion. Lastly, I would prefer someone to help me with the conversion process, as opposed to completing it myself, as I'm not well-versed in coding.
