I am looking for a freelancer who can help me convert a text file into an excel file. The text file is in the format of txt.

The text file doesn't appear to be comma separated. The issue encountered is that one field in particular is of variable length which throws out other columns. The file also has other lines that need to be deleted (and if possible some of that data copied into rows below each section.

Need to be able to automate conversion on regular basis (not once off).

Requirements:
- The excel file should have separate columns for each field in the text file.
- The conversion should be completed within a week.
