Convert photos into word file

I am looking for a freelancer who can convert photos into a word file. The purpose of this conversion is to have editable text, allowing me to make changes to the content as needed. The photos contain handwritten text that needs to be transcribed into the word file accurately. I do not require any specific formats, layouts, or styles in the word file; standard text formatting is sufficient.

Ideal skills and experience:
- Proficiency in image-to-text conversion techniques
- Accuracy in transcribing handwritten text
- Familiarity with standard text formatting in Microsoft Word

I need file ready in both .docx and .pdf format
