Convert notes into flashcards

I am in need of a freelancer to convert a large number of notes into digital flashcards. Specifically, I need more than 100 notes converted to a digital format. I have a set of specific requirements for the flashcards that must be followed. The freelancer must be able to suggest potential solutions if necessary to better suit my needs.
