Convert about 900 HEIC images to JPG/PNG (maintain folder structure, no duplicates)

Hi freelancers! I have a folder containing multiple subfolders with around 1200 images in total—some are already in JPG/PNG format, but many are in HEIC.
There are also several .mov videos scattered throughout the same subfolders.
I need the HEIC images converted to JPG or PNG while preserving the exact folder/subfolder structure and leaving the existing JPG/PNG files untouched.
I also need all .mov videos converted to MP4, kept in the same locations.
Afterward, please remove the original HEIC and .mov files so no duplicates remain (only the converted files).
You can use any automated software or scripting method as long as everything is done accurately.
