Convert Sales Navigator URL to LinkedIn URL

Hello Freelancers,
I have a Google Excel sheet which has 605 Sales Navigator URL's that need to be converted to LinkedIn URL's, for example here is a Sales Navigator URL - https://www.linkedin.com/sales/people/ACwAABCfzCoBPe4pLcLaVQFn5g9qJY_LFXVdr5w,NAME_SEARCH,U3fh which would need to be converted so it is a LinkedIn URL like this - https://www.linkedin.com/in/dafyddbroom/.
If you are familiar with using Google Sheets to do formulas then you should be able to do this within 5 minutes, a short video on how to do this is here - https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1M8IDVRl7gs.
If you feel you can do this please quote the reference "ConvertURLs" and answer the following questions below.
