Convert 600-Page Web Text to Word

I need the text content that currently lives on our private web portal—roughly 600 printed pages when copied—to be gathered into a single Microsoft Word document. The finished file must look publication-ready, not just pasted text. Please use proper Word styles for every heading level, build a logical hierarchy, insert a dynamic table of contents that updates automatically, and apply consistent paragraph and list spacing throughout.

Source material is all plain text, so there is no image work involved; your focus will be on structure, formatting and quality control. The final deliverable is one continuous .docx file that opens cleanly in the latest desktop version of Word, with no broken styles or manual formatting overrides.

Acceptance will be based on:
• All text from the portal present and in correct order.
• Styles applied rather than direct formatting.
• Automatic TOC reflecting every heading level.
• No stray line breaks, font mismatches or spacing inconsistencies when I run “Reveal Formatting.”
