Convert PDF files to editable Word files

Hello I need to convert PDF files (23 pages total) to Word editable files.

I do not want them simply cut and pasted. I need the files to look simple but tidy, all the information should have the same distribution as in the original files but using the same font across the text.
No need to transfer logos, images, and signatures. They should be replaced with the words [Logo], [Signature], or [Stamp: text of the stamp]
