Convert Hindi PDF Text into word file with Mangal font

I am looking to hire a Freelancer who can convert a 100-120 page PDF document in Hindi into a word file with Mangal font Hindi. Since the question regarding specific PDF version was skipped, this project should work with any PDF version 1.0, 1.3 or 2.0. The Freelancer should also be experienced in working closely with Mangal font to ensure accuracy of the conversion. The project needs to be completed efficiently and accurately, while adhering to relevant quality standards. Any previous experience in document conversion, specifically using Mangal font, would be favourably considered.
