Contract Healthcare Recruiter

We are a national healthcare staffing firm based in Florida, USA. We are rapidly growing and have large expansion plans. We are seeking a talented, hard working individual to join our fast paced contract recruitment team. This would involve sourcing, screening & placing nurses and care assistants within our clients facilities. Duties include but not limited to; email & text communications, screening interested candidates, managing the onboarding & compliance process and finally submitting suitable candidate profiles to account managers. You would have access to all the suitable tools to carry out the task e.g. our CRM database, cloud communications platform, office 365 for emails & internal communications.

The pay package is negotiable & we are willing to consider different options. Commission plan allows for high total earning potential. Please let me know if you would like to discuss further.
