AI Content & Data Specialist

Job Summary

We are looking for a detailed-oriented and creative freelance specialist to handle two key tasks: structuring raw operational reports and generating product visual assets using AI tools. This role requires accuracy in data handling and expertise in generative AI prompting.

Key Responsibilities

A. Data Structuring & Processing

Report Standardization: Download, clean, and transform complex raw reports into a structured, copy-paste ready format (e.g., Google Sheets/Excel).

Data Integrity: Verify processed data for accuracy and completeness.

Procedure: Document the standard process for report structuring to ensure consistency.

B. AI Product Image Generation

Prompt Engineering: Develop and refine descriptive prompts to generate realistic, high-quality visual content using AI platforms (e.g., Midjourney, DALL-E, etc.).

Visual Asset Creation: Produce high-volume, brand-aligned images for new products, covering various angles and use-cases.

Quality Control: Ensure generated images meet our strict visual standards.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Data: Strong skills in Excel/Google Sheets (sorting, filtering, basic formulas).

AI: Proven ability and experience with text-to-image AI generators. Portfolio or examples of effective prompt engineering is required.

Attention to Detail: Meticulous and error-free approach to data and visuals.

Visual Acumen: Strong eye for aesthetics and composition.

Compensation and Structure

Compensation: INR 500 – 700 for Trial Period (project milestone basis).

Trial Period ("Period of Coffee"): A paid trial period for a week is required to evaluate proficiency in both data structuring and AI content generation quality before full contract continuation.

Employment Type: Fully remote, freelance contract.
