Contact List Verification (Email, Phone, Address)
Budget: $30 – $250 AUD
We have around 5 contact lists (approximately 1,000 contacts each list) that I need to be verified for accuracy. These contact lists include Email contacts, Phone contacts, Mailing addresses, Business Names, Best contact name, and Business Types. I need someone to go through the lists and ensure that the information provided is still correct and up to date.
We use Go High Level (GHL) to manage contacts.
You can use Excel or other software to manage the task.
Key Responsibilities:
- Cross-checking all Email contacts, Phone contacts, and Mailing addresses to confirm their validity
- Verifying the Business Names, Best contact name, and Business Types for each entry
- Removing any duplicate entries and outdated information
- Providing a comprehensive report with the findings of the verification process
I'm looking for a detail-oriented freelancer with experience in data entry and verification. Knowledge of business types and structures would be an added advantage. It is crucial that the freelancer is meticulous and can ensure the highest level of accuracy in the verification process.
