Configure email accounts (consolidation)

I need someone to assist in consolidating multiple email accounts and calendars into one for a holistic view. Total of 8 accounts and in excess of 15 calendars. Need a holistic view of all and the ability to share one login credential with my PA.

Open to using third party tools. Require assistance in setup and organising.
