My computer (HP) is 9 years old. Microsoft Word no longer works normally. Windows 8.1 expires in January. Downloads are missing, etc. I have not been able to Save on Passport some important data which I need by January 2023. I also have a more recent Samsung laptop that I don't understand and that needs to be connected to my printer, etcetera. .
