You need to collect their needs according to their descriptions. Then you need to note down what they actually need on their website. Suppose, if any one needs a wordpress website. Now you need to collect all the data how they want their website looks like or are they need any especial theme or what type of work they want to do with their we site.
If you find multiple leads that should be on the same CMS. You need to collect the data those companies budget on website at least 1000 USD. You will get 10% of the total amount as many as you collect for every successful leads.

2. You need to negotiate for the budget.
3. For every leads or every website budget should be greater or equal to 1000 usd.
4. You will get 10% for every successful leads.
