Comprehensive Excel Sales Data Entry

I need our entire backlog of sales data transferred accurately into a master Microsoft Excel workbook. I will supply everything as clean digital files—mostly existing CSV and XLSX exports from our point-of-sale system—so no manual decoding of scans is required.

Scope of work
• Import each source file and map the fields so that Date of Sale, Product Details, and Customer Information land in the correct columns of the master sheet.
• Verify and normalize formats (dates, SKUs, customer names) to keep the dataset consistent company-wide.
• Flag and resolve duplicates, missing values, or obvious entry errors.
• Build a summary dashboard with pivot tables or Power Query that lets us filter by product line, customer segment, and time period in seconds.
• Document the workflow so future uploads follow the same logic without guesswork.

Acceptance criteria
– 100 % of supplied records appear in the master file with zero structural errors.
– Date, product, and customer fields pass a basic data-validation script I will run on delivery.
– The dashboard loads dynamically from the same sheet—no hard-coded numbers.
