Comprehensive Bookkeeping Support Needed

I’m looking to bring in an experienced bookkeeper who can keep my day-to-day accounting clean, current, and fully reconciled. The work is ongoing and centres on three core activities:

• Data entry – post all transactions promptly and accurately into the ledger or cloud platform we agree on.
• Reconciliation – match bank, credit-card, and cash balances each month, identifying and clearing any variances.
• Accounts payable/receivable – track vendor bills and customer invoices, schedule payments, and follow up on outstanding balances.

I already have the chart of accounts, online banking access, and prior period records ready to share once we start. Your background in bookkeeping should let you pick things up quickly and suggest any obvious process improvements along the way. When you respond, please focus on relevant experience—especially projects where you handled the same mix of data entry, reconciliation, and A/P-A/R work.
