Complete SDLT1 Form Submission

I need the Stamp Duty Land Tax SDLT1 form filled from scratch and submitted online to HMRC for a recent property transaction. All supporting details and documents are already organised and ready to share with you immediately; what I have not done is enter anything into the form itself.
